Right. So it's quarter to one in the morning. I'm awake because I can't sleep. I can't sleep because the pain in my arms and back is so much that I am unable to find any comfortable position

Tomorrow I go back to the physio to find out whether I need to have another cat scan.

Strange but true things to come out if my mouth : I'm getting a bit sick of laying around :(

Tomorrow night I shall be sitting (possibly laying) on stage with cat party. Or maybe they can just put a phone to the microphone and I'll play from home?
